The Solution - connect mentors to students with mentorship
Relocating alone for studies or work is challenging. collaborating with the organization, we introduced “OLAMI mentorship”, connecting students and young individuals with local mentors for support, including career guidance and advice about their new surroundings.
UX research
The research primarily involved interviews with OLAMI community members. the key insight emphasized was the need to develop a platform serving as a unique social network for users. creating a distinct interface was crucial to bridging the gap between young users and mentors, making it familiar and user-friendly.
