Enter the "Covercraft Hub" app: a user-friendly platform for crafting personalized covers and cases for smartphones, computers, tablets, and headphones. users select their desired products and then customize their covers with color, stickers, materials, and even personal engravings. this platform fills a gap for those seeking to express their style in accessories.
The research
During my research, I catered to a broad audience, categorizing users into 3 types e-commerce shoppers, design enthusiasts, and gadget lovers. this approach revealed authentic pain points users faced in the past :

In the process of my user experience, I was looking for an artboard structure that could incorporate as many features as could but would not be a visual burden on users. the goal: fewer words, more accessible.
